80an Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using 80an's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 80an platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering or using any part of the 80an platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 80an platform.

To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Residing in or accessing the platform from a location where use of this platform is permitted under local law.
  • Never previously been directed by management to refrain from using the 80an platform.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

80an reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet the above requirements, without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to have one active account on the 80an platform. Registering multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with any balances or rewards forfeited.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keeping your account username and password strictly confidential and not sharing them with any other party.
  • All activity carried out through your account, whether or not you authorised it.
  • Notify 80an immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

80an will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Using another person's account, or allowing others to use yours, constitutes a breach of these terms.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

80an reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraud, misrepresentation of information or hacking activity.
  • Breach of these terms or misuse of promotions and bonuses.
  • Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • Accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period with no activity recorded.

3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the 80an platform — including deposits, wagers and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies directly.

Deposit: Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method in their own name. Deposits from third-party sources, unauthorised credit cards, or questionable methods are strictly prohibited. 80an reserves the right to withhold or reverse any deposit that raises suspicion.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review process that may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the method chosen. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents before their first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding a certain threshold.

Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses and rewards are subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is issued. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in all rewards being voided and the account being closed.

Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations relating to winnings or income earned through the 80an platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability

Users agree to use the 80an platform for lawful purposes only and shall not:

  • Using any automated software, bots or artificial mechanisms to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.
  • Distributing obscene, threatening, misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others, through any channel on the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
  • Reselling, transferring, or trading account credits, rewards, or winnings to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

80an is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

  • Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
  • Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

80an's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the 80an platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 80an or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such materials without explicit written permission from 80an.

The brand name "80an" and all related variations are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use for commercial purposes or in any manner likely to cause public confusion is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

The 80an platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game content providers. 80an is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You are advised to review the relevant terms and privacy policies of those third parties before using them.

6. Changes to Terms, Applicable Law & Contact Us

80an reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels and, where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
